Auto-refill wallet add-on — never run out of credits mid-campaign
Add-on Top-Up Pilot

Auto-Refill Wallet

Wallet Automation

Sets a $50 auto-refill on your wallet — when the balance dips below $50, it automatically tops back up to keep your Wingmen running.

What Auto-Refill Wallet does

Your our platform wallet pays for SMS, voice minutes, email sends, and AI usage. If it hits zero in the middle of a campaign — Mia stops answering, Sloane stops sending, Stella stops replying. This add-on sets a threshold-based auto-recharge: when the wallet dips below $50, Standard cost is your card and tops it back up. You never have to think about it. The $50/mo on this SKU is the standing top-up amount, not a fee on top — it goes directly into your wallet balance. (Cancelling doesn't lose the money; the unused credit stays in your wallet.)

Capabilities

Built to do this every day.

01

Set-and-forget

Configure once during onboarding. After that, your wallet just stays funded — no monthly billing anxiety.

02

$50 threshold

When the wallet balance crosses below $50, the auto-charge fires. Tunable up or down on request.

03

Same card as your subscription

Uses your existing payment method on file. No second card setup.

04

Receipts in your billing portal

Each auto-refill shows as a separate line item with the date, amount, and timestamp. Easy to track.

In the field

Real scenarios.

Mid-campaign blowout

Sloane is running a 5,000-contact reactivation email blast on a Friday afternoon.

Halfway through, the wallet dips below $50. Auto-refill fires, charges your card $50, tops the wallet, and Sloane keeps sending without missing a contact. You find out at end of week when you check the billing portal — not by getting an angry call from a customer who never got their email.

Holiday week voice spike

Mia is answering 3x the normal call volume during a snowstorm.

Voice minutes burn through the wallet faster than usual. Auto-refill keeps it topped so Mia never goes silent during the busiest week of the quarter.

What gets deployed

Inside the build

When your estimate is accepted, our system automatically deploys these artifacts to your Wingman dashboard. No copy-paste, no manual setup.

  • Auto-refill rule enabled on your account wallet
  • Threshold set to $50 (adjustable on request)
  • Refill amount set to $50 per top-up event
  • Payment method (your existing card) wired to the wallet
  • Notification preferences configured — you get an email each time it fires

Ideal for

Any business running active outbound (Sloane email campaigns, Harper chase sequences, Mia high-call-volume) where a mid-cycle wallet stall would actually hurt.

FAQ

Common questions.

Wait — is this $50/mo a fee, or do I actually get $50 of credit? +

It's credit. The full $50 lands in your wallet balance and gets spent on SMS, voice, email, AI — at standard usage rates. There's no separate service fee. Think of it as a standing top-up, not a subscription tax.

Can I change the threshold or amount? +

Yes. Default is $50/$50 (refill when below $50, top by $50). Common variants: $20/$25 for low-volume shops, $200/$200 for high-volume. Tell us and we'll adjust.

What if my card declines? +

our platform retries 3 times over 24 hours and emails you. If all retries fail, the wallet hits zero and your Wingmen pause until you manually top up. You'll get the email well before that happens.

Can I cancel? +

Yes — toggle off in your billing portal. Whatever credit is sitting in the wallet stays in the wallet (it's yours).
